FIELD: training accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training accessories, namely to weights with constant or variable weight, for physical training and sports in the open air and indoors. Weight can be used, for example, when it is fixed on the bridge of the foot, on the boot. Weight consists of a load with a strap, which covers a part of the foot when it is tightened along the upper surface on one side with the lower strap with a frame and on the other side with a strap passed through the frame, equipped with a heel attachment. For tightening, the load with the strap and the lower strap are equipped with textile fasteners. Heel attachment is formed by heel straps fixed on the load and equipped with a textile fastener. Technical task is to create a weight for legs, which is easy to manufacture, convenient and reliable in use.

EFFECT: increase in the weight fixation reliability on the leg, its slippage from the bridge of the foot and loosening during use; improved usability.
