FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rehabilitation of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal function and the restoration of the neuromuscular apparatus after injuries and operations. The training complex for mechanotherapy of the lower extremities includes a manipulator, a movable platform connected by non-intersecting levers with carriages independent of each other, placed on the guides of the manipulator with the possibility of independent linear movement in three directions and connected to three linear electric drives, respectively, force and displacement control units, control software and user interface. On the movable platform, made with the ability to move in three mutually perpendicular directions, a suspension lever mechanism with elastic elements is hinged, rigidly fixed on the ankle part of the passive orthosis, kinematically connected by means of a cylindrical hinge with the hip part of the passive orthosis, which is fixed by means of a cardan joint on the supporting device, made in the form of a chair adjustable in the position of the backrest in a vertical plane, mounted on a base that has the possibility of independent linear movement in two directions.
EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of functionality by providing the implementation of an additional set of exercises, in particular hip abduction.
