FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology, namely to compounds with lysosomotropic activity for treating and/or preventing viral respiratory diseases. Disclosed is use of known chemical compounds as agents for treating and/or preventing viral respiratory diseases, namely compounds: 6,11-dihydro-11-[[2-[4-(phenylmethyl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]thio]-dibenz-[b,e]-oxepine-2-carboxylic acid; 2-[[2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl)-2-pyridinylmethoxy]-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]thio]-benzothiazole; 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-5,6-dihydro-5-methyl-N-[2-(2-pyridinyl)ethyl]-4H-1,3-thiazine-2-amine; 4-[4,6-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-5-hydroxy-2-pyrimidinyl]-1,3-dihydro-5-methyl-2H-imidazol-2-one; N-cyclohexyl-N'-(2-methyl-4-quinolinyl)-N''-2-thiazolyl-guanidine; 2-[1-[4-(2-methylpropyl)phenyl]ethyl]-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid; N-[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl]-guanidine; 1,1,1-trifluoro-N-[3-(phenylamino)-4-pyridinyl]-methanesulfonamide; 4,4'-[(4-imino-3-methyl-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene)methylene]bis[2-methyl-benzene amine]; 3,6-diamino-9-[2-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-xantilium; 2,3-dihydro-N,6-dimethyl-1-(2-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]quinoline-4-amine.
EFFECT: detected property of selective accumulation in lysosomes makes said compounds promising as antiviral agents for treating and/or preventing viral infections, including ARVI, including influenza, affecting the intracellular structures (lysosomal apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus) pH-dependent stages of the life cycle of aerosol (airborne) and fecal-oral viruses.
