FIELD: spacecrafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spacecraft (SC) elements assembly and can be used for fixing the upper interface element of the service systems module (SSM) with the lower interface element of the payload module (PM) through the honeycomb panel. The fastening unit contains a embedding sleeve, made with the possibility of tight installation in the hole of the honeycomb panel, and fasteners located in the embedding sleeve. At the same time, the embedded sleeve is made with flanges that have the ability to protrude beyond the surface of the honeycomb panel to provide seats for docking with the lower interface element of the PM and with the upper interface element of the SSM. In addition, the insert sleeve has a through hole with a profile of variable diameter, and the fasteners are made in form of a threaded sleeve screwed into the insert sleeve hole and installed with the possibility of attracting the lower interface element of the PM to the insert sleeve, a pin located in the inner hole of the threaded sleeve and made with the possibility of threaded connection of one of its ends with the upper interface element SSM, and a conical washer installed from the side of the other end of the stud with entry into the inner hole of the threaded bushing, and from the side of the conical washer a washer is installed on the stud and a nut is screwed with a given tightening torque.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to reduce the complexity of assembly work and expand the technological capabilities of the assembly.
