FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and relates to a support assembly of a honeycomb panel, which can be used for space structures, in particular honeycomb panels intended for making bodies of unsealed spacecrafts (SC), which have support assemblies for fixing on their surface structures, instruments and equipment. Hinge unit of honeycomb panel is made in form of insert bushing for attachment of interface elements on surface of honeycomb panel and limiters, which serve for fixation of bushing in hole of honeycomb panel, wherein bushing has internal thread and along outer surface is tightly installed in hole of honeycomb panel to interface with interface element so that opposite part of sleeve protrudes above surface of honeycomb panel, on the sleeve projecting part the external thread is made, on which it interacts with the control element, honeycomb panel is located between interface and control elements, and parts of support assembly are tightened to each other by means of threaded parts of bolt for attachment of interface elements and sleeve, at that threaded connections are stopped, for example, by means of glue.
EFFECT: invention provides elimination of technological operations associated with mechanical deformations of the bushing when fixing the support unit in the honeycomb panel, which improves the quality of the support assembly.
