SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and medicine, namely to a gel for trophic ulcer healing, obtained by mixing the ingredients in the following ratio: 25% aqueous solution of dimethyl sulphoxide – 100 g, methylsulphonylmethane – 25 g, hyaluronic acid – 5 g, hydrolysed collagen – 15 g, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – 2.13 g, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) – 1 g.

EFFECT: wound healing, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antibacterial and local analgesic effect of the gel is provided.
