SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to endocrinology and surgery, and can be used for treating trophic ulcers accompanying diabetic foot syndrome. Method involves taking Sildenafil orally in tablets at dose of 50 mg 3 times a day, 8 hours later for 60–90 days until the temperature of the affected foot reaches normal values according to thermography.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to exclude the development of early recurrences after the end of treatment due to restoration of tissue blood flow and control of the length of treatment.
