FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to measuring devices intended for measuring temperature of a flow of liquid or gas flowing inside a pipeline, and air flow surrounding pipeline, for example, gas turbine engine during development, testing and operation of various types of engines, for control of technological processes in production. Method consists in the fact that the temperature of the liquid or gas flow in the pipeline and the air flow surrounding the pipeline is measured by a sensitive element installed on the surface of the pipeline. Sensitive element consists of two heat-sensitive sensors installed one above the other, between which a layer of heat insulation is placed, a layer of waterproofing is applied on top of the sensitive element, then heat-sensitive sensors are connected to computing device, then, transfer functions calculated as a result of calibration of the pipeline with the sensitive element are loaded into the computing device. After calibrating the pipeline, signals from heat-sensitive sensors are converted to temperature of the liquid or gas flow in the pipeline and the air flow surrounding the pipeline. Calibration is performed using a calibration unit.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain more accurate measurements of the temperature of the flow of liquid or gas flowing inside the pipeline, as well as to reduce the dimensions and weight of the temperature measuring device, to provide objective diagnostics of the technical condition of the gas turbine engine.
