FIELD: transportation; production of tires.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of equipment for production of tires and in particular to suspended drawing rotary moulding structure with mechanical drum. Suspended drawing rotary moulding structure with mechanical drum comprises main shaft assembly and rear unloading device with delay. At that, rear unloading device with delay is located opposite to main shaft assembly. Suspended drawing rotary moulding structure with mechanical drum additionally comprises a locking ring assembly and a rotation assembly, which are located on the main shaft assembly. There are two rotation assemblies, besides, two rotation assemblies are located symmetrically on both sides of the locking ring assembly. Rotary assemblies comprise a rotary structure. There are plurality rotary structures, and said plurality structures are located at intervals around the periphery of the main shaft assembly. Rotary structure has a support position and a retracted position. There is also a plurality of support plates which are in one-to-one correspondence with said plurality of rotary structures. Support plates are located on appropriate rotary structures. It also contains the first drive unit, which is located on the main shaft assembly. First drive unit is in drive connection with said plurality of rotary structures.

EFFECT: when using a suspended drawing rotary moulding structure with a mechanical drum, there is no need in frequent replacement of the capsule, thereby saving costs and time for replacement of the capsule.
