SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of automotive rubber tyres. Roller turn-up mechanism is located on main shaft assembly (10), comprises a plurality of first turn-up structures (20) arranged circumferentially around main shaft assembly (10). First turn-up structure (20) comprises: roller assembly (201) that is used to roll tyre sidewall (50); first drive shaft (21) is connected to roller assembly (201) drive, first drive unit (211) is connected to first drive rod (21) for driving roller assembly (201) in the tyre radial direction through first drive rod (21); support assembly (25) is connected to first drive shaft (21) for supporting side wall (50) outside the roller turn-up mechanism; second drive unit (221) is connected to support unit (25) for driving roller assembly (201) to press the tyre through support unit (25); roller unit (201) is located on support unit (25); second drive shaft (22) is connected to second drive unit (221) and is also rotatably connected to first drive shaft (21); one end of third drive shaft (23) is rotatably connected to an end of support assembly (25) remote from roller assembly (201), and the other end is also rotatably connected to second drive shaft (22); second drive unit (221) drives second drive rod (22) to rotate first (21) and third drive rod (23), respectively.
EFFECT: improving the quality of tyre bead moulding.
