FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to a method of drying seeds and grains, and can be used in agriculture, in a system of purchases. Grain drying complex based on laser infrared radiation consists of a bearing frame, a thermal protective casing. In the drying chamber there is a tiered system of belt conveyors with a Teflon belt. Above the conveyors along their bearing Teflon belt, a laser infrared radiation system is mounted, consisting of a protective casing with radiation output holes, which acts as a frame for mounting fibre tips, to which an optical fibre is connected, which is assembled into tiered bundles, which are taken away from the common bundle by means of radiation dividers. Casings of laser infrared radiation outside the thermal protective casing have their own delivery fans.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce energy costs for the drying process, to accelerate the process of drying seeds of agricultural products.
