FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for testing aircraft rotor shafts at tensile, bending and torsional loads. Universal loading device comprises U-shaped frame 2, vertical walls of which are rigidly connected to each other by means of additional partition 3. On U-shaped frame 2 parallel to vertical walls in corresponding supports made in the form of roller 5 and ball 6 bearings, there is shaft 7 and force exciters made in the form of hydraulic cylinders 13, 14. Universal loading device is equipped with support plate 1 with guides 9, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of shaft 7, and guides 10, fixed on additional partition 3 parallel to longitudinal axis of shaft 7, and traction plate 4, parallel to additional partition 3 of U-shaped frame 2. U-shaped frame 2 and power plate are installed on corresponding guides 9, 10 with possibility of reciprocal movement. Ball bearings 6 are located on traction plate 4, roller bearings 5 on additional partition 3, hydraulic cylinders 13, 14 are connected to traction plate 4 and to additional partition 3.
EFFECT: universal loading device provides possibility of testing under action of axial, bending and torsional loads.
