Office hysteroscopy is carried out with underlying cyclic hormonal therapy, which is carried out for 2 menstrual cycles, wherein the therapy includes: Divigel 2 g 3 times day from 5^th to 14^th day of the cycle, then 2 g by 2 times from 14^th to 16^th day of the cycle, then by 1 g by 2 times from 16^th to 25^th day of the cycle, and also Duphaston 1 g 2 times day from 16^th to 25^th day of the cycle. First procedure of office hysteroscopy is performed on the first day after adgenolysis. Further, office hysteroscopy is performed daily up to 6 procedures until complete visual determination of epithelisation. Procedures are carried out using an office hysteroscope with a diameter of up to 4 mm, during dynamic hysteroscopy, the uterine cavity is additionally examined, in the process of which synechiolysis is performed mechanically using endoscissors and forceps introduced into the operating channel of the hysteroscope, as well as assessment of endometrium state, severity of postoperative adhesive process and lavage of uterine cavity.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the rate of recurrent intrauterine synechiae following hysteroscopic synechiolysis.
