FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: brake roller test bench includes rollers, lifting beam, platforms installed in parallel to each other inside which support rollers are installed, gas stops, weight sensors and wheel rotation sensors, brake pedal force meter. Rollers are connected via a chain transmission with the geared motors of the force-measuring system, between them a follower roller is fixed on the lifting beam. Gas stops are hinged to lifting beam by upper bracket of gas stop, and lower bracket of gas stop is rigidly connected to platform base. Gas stop is made in the form of a gas cylinder, the upper end of which is hinged to the upper bracket of attachment, inside it there is a rod which is fixed to the lower bracket of attachment. Outputs of geared motors with force-measuring system are connected to input of amplifiers of torque sensors, outputs of which are connected to input of control unit. Output of the brake pedal force meter is connected to the input of the control unit.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the design of the lifting and pressing device of the follower roller.
