SUBSTANCE: one proposes a cereal composition for instant preparation by adding a liquid selected from a group consisting of water, milk and juice for feeding a young individual. Disclosed composition contains 10 to 90 wt.% of the cereal component per dry weight of the cereal composition and one or more of the following: from 1 to 40 wt.% of fiber in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, from 4 to 30 wt.% of protein in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, from 1 to 10 wt.% of fat in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, from 2 to 15 wt.% of dried fruits or vegetables in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, from 1 to 10 wt.% of micronutrients in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, from 0.5 to 10 wt.% of additives in terms of dry weight cereal composition. Said additives are selected from one or more of the group consisting of fructooligosaccharides (FOS), galactooligosaccharides (GOS), maltodextrin, dyes and sweeteners. Said composition additionally contains at least 0.01 wt.% and maximum 15 wt.%, in terms of dry weight of cereal composition, a mixture of at least five structurally different oligosaccharides of human milk. Said at least five structurally different human milk oligosaccharides are 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL), 3-fucosyllactose (3-FL), lacto-N-tetraose (LNT), 3'-sialyllactose (3'-SL) and 6'-sialyllactose (6'-SL).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enrichment of a cereal composition for feeding a young individual with human milk oligosaccharides.
