FIELD: geographic information systems.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved through an interactive spatial-economic geoinformation complex, including software and hardware for preparing the formation, displaying of information and storing data with a user interface system, connected by an interactive control channel, placed on one or more servers based on a PC with system and application software interconnected between each other and with working computer devices of users using communication channels through a computer network. The software and hardware are configured to automatically generate and present to the user a set of required initial data, use the results of GIS processing of modified cartographic displays that reflect different types of socio-economic and industrial activities in the territory of the region under study, and geospatial data on the territory of the region under study for analysis, planning and management of socio-economic development of regions.
EFFECT: increasing security and reliability of data transmission and presentation and simplifying the user's work.
