FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of introducing an electroconductive material in the form of nanoparticles into an electroconductive cross-linked polymer membrane, as well as to a supercapacitor with such a membrane located between electrodes. Technical result is provided by method of introduction of electroconductive material in form of nanoparticles into surface layer of electroconductive cross-linked polymer of membrane by immersing the electroconductive cross-linked polymer in a first medium and subsequent immersion of the electroconductive cross-linked polymer in a second medium, wherein the first medium contains electrically conductive material in the form of nanoparticles dispersed in a non-aqueous polar liquid, and the second medium contains an aqueous liquid. Electrically conductive material in the form of nanoparticles is integrated into both the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the membrane from the electroconductive cross-linked polymer.
EFFECT: increased capacity of solid-state supercapacitor due to increased effective area at solid electrolyte/electrode interface.
