SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices intended for testing touch screens and devices transmitting information through a touch screen. Touch screen control device comprises a control unit installed on a printed circuit board, harmonic oscillation amplifier covered with positive feedback by means of a feedback circuit and a coplanar capacitor containing two plates, wherein one plate of the capacitor is connected closer to the input of the amplifier, the other plate is connected to the output of the amplifier, wherein the capacitor plates are located in the same plane.

EFFECT: wider range of means of controlling a touch screen with a simplified design, high stability and reliability of operation, and compactness.
