SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical hollow body for receiving a medical preparation, to a method for manufacturing such a medical hollow body, to a combination of such a medical hollow body with a medical device for receiving or conducting a fluid medium, as well as to a kit comprising such a medical hollow body. Medical hollow body (1) for receiving a medical preparation is made of glass, has fastening section (3) and receiving section (5). Fastening section (3) on the side facing receiving section (5) has ledge area (7) and on the side facing away from receiving section (5) has head area (9). Head area (9) has hole (11) on which shutoff cap (13) is located. Fastening section (3) has at least one structure (15) of rotation obstacles, which is arranged in order to at least prevent relative mutual rotation between medical hollow body (1) and closure cap (13). Rotation obstacle structure (15) has at least one rotation obstacle element (17). At least one anti-rotation element (17) is at least one elevation and/or at least one recess and/or is made in the form of non-circular hole (11) and/or a non-circular edge of hole (11). Medical hollow body (1) has locking cap (13) located on fastening section (3). Medical hollow body (1) is made with possibility of closure with locking cap (13). In the area between closure cap (13) and fastening section (3) of the medical hollow body (1) there is an empty space in which sealing element (19) is at least partially located. Fastening section (3) of the medical hollow body (1) on the inner side has at least one element (23) preventing rotation. Sealing element (19) is flexible. Sealing element (19) is engaged with at least one element (23) preventing rotation of fastening section (3), so that sealing element (19) and medical hollow body (1) cannot turn relative to each other. Method of making said hollow medical body (1) for receiving a medical preparation by means of a rotational process, wherein the rotating glass tube is heated, wherein receiving section (5) and fastening section (3) with head area (9) and ledge area (7) are formed by means of moulding rollers, so that a moulded glass body is obtained. At least one elevation is formed from the moulded glass body and/or at least one recess is moulded in the moulded glass body, and/or hole (11) and/or the edge of hole (11) are made non-circular. Above-described medical hollow body (1) for receiving a medical preparation can be combined with medical device (27) for receiving or conducting a fluid medium, wherein the medical hollow body (1) is connected to said medical device (27). Kit for medical use includes the above-described medical hollow body (1) in a sterile package and an instruction for use for the medical hollow body (1) or a leaflet with the instruction. Medical hollow body of the present invention has advantages over the prior art. Preferably, in particular, when closing the hollow body with the closure cap, at least the relative rotation of the closure cap relative to the medical hollow body is inhibited, as a result, conditions are created for easier closure of the medical hollow body with a locking cap. Preferably, the relative rotational movement of the closure cap relative to the medical hollow body is at least inhibited or completely prevented, in particular, when placing or fixing the medical device on the closure cap, in particular on the closure cap made in the form of a connecting element. Preferably, the closure cap can be fixed, in particular closed, on the medical hollow body in a simple and reversible manner.
EFFECT: preferably, the medical hollow body and the medical hollow body with the closure cap are the most convenient to handle.
