SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used in reconstruction of organs and vessels. In method of performing surgical procedure provided is device for application of surgical apparatus, which contains tube with pusher rod. Pusher rod has cap on distal end and restricting element on proximal side from cap. Pusher rod is located in tube in such way that cap is located on distal side from distal end of tube and is tightened with spring to said end. Extended medical device is located in distal end of tube between restricting element and cap. Tube is moved in proximal direction with respect to pusher rod for specified distance in such way as to turn around distal end of device. Cap remains tightened in direction of tube. Tube is moved in proximal direction with respect to pusher rod for second specified distance in such way as to turn round proximal end of extended medical device.

EFFECT: applying device surgeon controls one action, while other action is performed automatically at due time.
