FIELD: pneumohydraulic automation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic-hydraulic automation and can be used in automatic control systems for controlling flow rates of liquid flows. Throttle device comprises a body with a branch pipe, a seat, a disk gate with a rod rotating in the guide hole of the housing from the drive. To ensure smooth change of flow section, a throttle hole is made on the disk spring-loaded to the seat in the form of a non-overlapping round hole with a radial slot from the axis to the periphery, and the axis of rotation of the disk with the rod is parallel to the axis of the seat. Distance between the axes is equal to half the length of the radial slot on the disc, which allows smoothly covering the slot with the edge of the seat wall from the minimum to maximum flow sections of the throttle when the disc is rotated through 180 degrees. On the cylindrical surface of the housing, which covers the output rod, there is a scale for determining the angle of rotation of the rod and accuracy by vernier installed on the end of the rod.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to smoothly adjust the flow passage of the throttle with possibly identical angular turns of the damper, as well as determine the flow area of the throttle washer for installation in a specific product using a throttle.
