SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pancreatobiliary surgery. Surgical intervention is performed in the absence of pancreatic duct hypertension. A polyvinyl chloride tube of smaller diameter than the fistulous passage is introduced into the fistulous passage. An isotonic solution is introduced through the tube with a syringe, and the required volume of the sclerosing preparation is determined. An isotonic solution is removed from the fistulous passage by active aspiration. 3% ethoxysclerol is introduced through the tube; the total daily dose does not exceed 2 mg/kg; the tube is removed as the tube is filled.

EFFECT: method is technically simple, provides termination of pancreatic juice flow along the fistulous passage and elimination of the passage, eliminates the risk of recurrence due to hardening and cicatrisation of walls of the fistulous passage along the pancreatic duct system.
