SUBSTANCE: invention relates to miniature displays with a light-emitting matrix based on organic light-emitting diodes (OLED). OLED microdisplay light-emitting matrices are made on the basis of silicon very large-scale integrated circuits (VLSIC) with active-matrix control circuit (AMCC), intended for receiving a video signal from an external source and converting it into control signals of the pixel matrix of the VLSIC AMCC. VLSIC AMCC pixel matrix controls luminescence brightness of pixels, and each pixel of the matrix consists of at least three subpixels to make full-color RGB OLED microdisplay. VLSIC AMCC has at least three independent video inputs of a full-color RGB image, built-in independently activated units of incoming video signal processing, including image and pseudo-color image binarization units.

EFFECT: invention provides broader functional capabilities of OLED microdisplays.
