SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micro-display based on organic light-emitting diode and method for production thereof. Light-emitting matrix using as matrix elements pixels based on organic light-emitting diodes of white glowing for use in a micro-display, contains silicon substrate with active matrix control circuit and anode layer of titanium nitride, p +-alloyed hole-injection layer, a hole-injection layer, a hole-transport layer, injection layer of blue glowing color, separation layer, red-green injection layer, hole-blocking layer, electron-transport layer, electron-injection layer, cathode layer of silver-magnesium alloy, layer of thin-film sealing AlxOy, applied by magnetron sputtering, layer of thin-film sealing AlxOy, applied by atomic layer deposition, sealing layer (filler), glass cover.
EFFECT: technical result is longer serviceability of micro-displays up to 20-30 thousand hours, increasing luminous efficacy of up to 10 cd/A and luminous efficacy of up to 6 lm/W.
