FIELD: packing and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lids for containers, in particular to lids that remain attached to the container after opening the container. Cover for the container is formed so that the cover has a top plate and a round side wall. Two opposite sides of the round side wall are connected to each other in a circle, one edge of the round side wall is connected to one surface of the upper plate to form a closed end, and the other edge of the round side wall on the opposite side of the closed end forms an open end. There are cuts in the round side wall. Cuts form an annular element located on the open end of the cover, separated from the main part of the cover by means of the first notch and the second notch between the open end of the main part and the annular element.
EFFECT: preventing separation of the cover from the container, falling, accidental removal to waste, misplaced/loss.
