SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combination of a closure cap (1') for a container (2) and a neck (201) of a container (2), the cap (1') comprising a side wall (3) extending along the (Z) axis and a transverse wall (4) located at the end of the side wall (3), a dividing line (5') of the side wall (3) defining a safety ring (301') configured to remain attached to the neck (201), and a cover (302) intended to open or close the container (2). The dividing line (5') runs around the axis (Ζ) and is interrupted in the circumferential direction, so that the securing ring (301') and the cover (302) remain connected. The safety ring (301') contains a safety part (303) made with the possibility of interaction from the inside with the stop ring (202) of the neck (201) protruding from the outer surface of the neck (201) and passing parallel to the axis (Ζ) between the upper end (202c) and the lower end (202b). The retaining ring (301') has a connecting part (305) that allows this ring (301') to be connected to the cover (302), a first connecting strip (306) and a second connecting strip (307) that connect the connecting part (305) with a safety part (303), and a tongue (308) located between the first (306) and second (307) connecting strips.
