SUBSTANCE: closing lid for the container is proposed, containing a side wall passing around the axis, a dividing line made on the specified side wall to form a retaining ring, which contains a retaining section extending to the free edge of the retaining ring and made with the possibility of internal engagement with the ring for fixing on the neck of the container with the possibility of holding it on the neck, and a closing element, made with the possibility of removable engagement with the neck with the possibility of opening or closing the container by rotating the closing element around the specified axis. The dividing line is made discontinuous along the circumference to form a connecting zone in the side wall, in which the retaining ring and the closing element are connected. The lid also contains an incision line, which is also made on the side wall to form, together with the dividing line, at least the first connecting strip and the second connecting strip to connect the connecting zone and the retaining section with each other. The incision line contains a pair of side segments, and the first side segment forms, together with the first part of the dividing line, the specified first connecting strip, and the second side segment forms, together with the second part of the dividing line, the specified second connecting strip. The side segments have different angular lengths to form connecting strips of different lengths, and the difference in angular length between the longest side segment and another side segment is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 45°.
