ALARM SYSTEM ON EXCESS TEMPERATURE AND OCCURRENCE OF PARTIAL AND CORONA DISCHARGES IN CONTROLLED ELEMENTS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G08B17/06

Abstract RU 2819287 C1

FIELD: control and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring abnormal and pre-fire situations occurring in controlled elements. System contains N devices for signaling about excess temperature (ETSD) in the controlled element and a device for recording audio signals (ASRD), having a first microphone unit (FMU) for recording sound signals and a second microphone unit (SMU) for recording acoustic radiation at ultrasonic frequencies. Each ETSD is acoustically connected to the FMU, comprises a coding profiled working surface, on which signaling elements are applied, and U-shaped bimetallic plate having active and passive parts, and is configured to perform conversion into a time-modulated encoded signal of a certain audio frequency of the mechanical movement, heated from the surface of the controlled element, U-shaped bimetallic plate, successively passing and engaging with the free end of its active part, under the action of a bending moment and a spring, signaling elements applied on the coding profiled working surface, when the specified temperature threshold of the monitored element is exceeded. ASRD is made with possibility of registration of specified encoded signal of mechanical oscillations of active part of U-shaped bimetallic plate by means of FMU and registration of acoustic radiation from partial and corona discharges by means of SMU.

EFFECT: possibility of operation in rooms of various types and possibility of continuous monitoring without disconnection of controlled elements.
