SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, microbiology and sanitation and food industry. Invention is an agent for detecting and destroying biofilms, containing: hydrogen peroxide from 2 to 20 wt.%, N-propanol from 0.3 to 10 wt.%; isopropyl alcohol from 0.3 to 10 wt.%, an enzyme from the hydrolase class or a mixture of enzymes from the hydrolase class in concentration from 0.01 to 5%, water – the rest. Agent is intended for destruction and detection of biofilms on surfaces of medical instruments, devices and equipment, elements of sanitary and industrial equipment, and elements of furniture. Agent can also contain an additional surfactant and/or stabilizers and/or preservatives and/or thickeners and/or dyes.

EFFECT: invention enables to detect and destroy biofilms, as well as increase the sensitivity and speed of operation of the means for detecting and destroying biofilms.
