SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the destruction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms with a combination of ozone and hydrogen peroxide, which consists in acting on biofilms formed by bacteria in polystyrene plates with a combination of ozone simultaneously in combination with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in a disinfection chamber with an ozone output of at least 15 g/h and exposure time of 120 minutes.

EFFECT: invention provides destruction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm obtained in the wells of polystyrene plates by treatment with a combination of ozone and hydrogen peroxide.
