FIELD: methods and apparatus for producing or collecting water.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing fresh water from water vapours contained in ambient air, and can be used to obtain fresh water mainly in coastal areas with seas. In the device, in addition to the through channel for sea water flow under it in the same way as it is, additional channels of similar shape and size are made in number from three to five, located one under another at distance of 10 to 15 centimetres from the lower surface of the previous one to the top of the next one, wherein the distance from the lower surface of the lower channel for the passage of sea water to the lower surface of the container is not less than half of its height, wherein wind energy converter is provided with appliance to force sea water into all sea water flow channels.
EFFECT: increased area of condensation of the device and increased volume of produced fresh water.
