FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: means for functional diagnostics of electrical assemblies (EA) with internal combustion engines, used as part of systems for diagnosing the technical condition of mobile power stations to assess the steady frequency deviation. Essence: the device contains generator 1, terminals for connecting 2, starting element 3, diode 4, limiter-shaper 5, first 6, second 7, third 8 and fourth 9 short pulse shapers, logic element NOT 10, stable frequency pulse generator 11, pulse distributor 12, first 13 and second 14 pulse counter, sensor 15 three-phase active power with digital output, first 16, second 17, third 18, fourth 19 and fifth 20 electronic keys, first 21, second 22 and third 23 logic elements AND, first 24, second 25, third 26, fourth 27 and fifth 28 numerical comparators, first 29, second 30, third 31, fourth 32 and fifth 33 memory registers, subtractor 34, RS flip-flop 35, indicator 36, first 37, second 38 and third 39 setting registers, first 40, second 41, third 42 and fourth 43 logic elements OR, bus START 44, divider 45 pulses, first 46 and second 47 delay elements. The device allows, during the operation of the generating set, to continuously monitor the steady frequency deviation, determining compliance with regulatory requirements, taking into account the load.
