FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for creating an archive of anatomy of a patient's teeth, and can be used as a lifelong dental passport of a patient used in prosthetics, in the restoration of worn-out teeth, crowns and bridges, veneers, implants and complete restoration of dentures, as well as for identification of human remains. Disclosed is a method, in which first teeth are taken from upper and lower jaws and intraoral scanning is performed to obtain more accurate results, then a plaster model is created, after which the models of the upper and lower jaws are segmented into parts of single teeth, then the upper and lower jaws are scanned, using a technical scanner, the obtained data are digitized, after which the obtained results are combined, wherein said actions are carried out in two stages, first after replacing all primary teeth with permanent ones to fix the natural anatomical structure, and then after formation of bone tissue and growth of jaws for actualization of occlusal features for preservation of occlusion data. Obtained data are stored on any electronic medium.
EFFECT: invention provides the preservation of information on the biological anatomy of the teeth of a specific person for the subsequent reproduction of these data throughout his life for the restoration of the function and aesthetics of the teeth, as well as in case of identification and identification of the body of the deceased.
