FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for combined treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer in patients with resectable liver metastases in the absence of mutations in KRAS genes. Method includes conducting courses of anticancer drug therapy, on the first day intravenous drop-by-drop introduction: irinotecan in dose of 165 mg/m2, oxaliplatin in dose of 85 mg/m2, cetuximab in dose of 500 mg/m2, capecitabine orally daily in two doses in dose of 2,500 mg/m2 from 1 to 14 days. A break between courses is 7 days, 3 courses of preoperative treatment, radical surgery and 3 courses of adjuvant treatment.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to achieve improved results of the combined treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer in the patients with resectable liver metastases in the absence of mutations in the KRAS genes by increasing the frequency of objective responses of the tumor and reducing the number of adverse events during the drug anticancer treatment, increasing the frequency of performing parenchyma-sparing radical liver resections (R0), as well as improving the overall and recurrence-free survival rate of the patients.
