FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for treating synchronous metastases of colorectal cancer in the liver. At the first stage, one-stage intraoperative removal of the primary focus and metastases from the less affected part is performed by parenchyma-preserving resection and the portal vein branch of the contralateral lobe is secured. After 7 days, chemoembolization of the hepatic artery branch is performed on the side of securing the portal vein branch. After 21 days, hemihepatectomy is performed.
EFFECT: method provides a reduced risk of the tumor process progression.
