The method includes the sequential implementation of radical surgical intervention: atypical liver resection and catheterization of the superior vena cava system, the introduction of a chemotherapy drug through the superior vena cava system. In this case, a chemotherapeutic scheme is used, consisting of the drug 5-fluorouracil at a dose of 1200 mg/m², which has radiosensitizing properties, with the parallel use of intraoperative irradiation with a low-power 50 kV X-ray unit with an irradiation dose of 30 Gy.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to enhance the chemotherapeutic effect on peri-tumor tissues due to the combined use of surgery and intraoperative chemoradiotherapy.
