FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for combined treatment of superoampular rectum cancer. Method involves the preoperative chemotherapy courses in the oxaliplatin/leucovorin/5-fluorouracil regimen, and 3 courses of chemotherapy are performed. Wherein oxaliplatin is administered in dose of 85 mg/m2 intravenous drip in 1 day, an infusion duration of 2 hours, leucovorin 200 mg/m2 intravenous drip in 1-2 days, infusion duration 2 hours, 5-fluorouracil 400 mg/m2 intravenous bolus in 1-2 days, then in dose 600 mg/m2 intravenous drip in 1-2 days, infusion duration 22 hours, interval between chemotherapy courses 3 weeks.
EFFECT: using the invention enables improving the results of combined treatment of superoampular rectum cancer by reducing the number of undesirable chemotherapeutic phenomena and reducing the frequency of postoperative complications.
