FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of purifying sea water from salt using reverse osmosis technology and sea wave energy. Invention can be used for agricultural, industrial and domestic water supply. Method involves using a reverse osmosis module, a buoy with positive buoyancy, a high-pressure pump, a connecting cable and a bottom anchor. Buoy is connected to fixed vertical frame with possibility of relative movement of buoy and frame. Movable buoy is rigidly connected to the high-pressure pump housing, which supplies water to the reverse osmosis module. Frame is equipped with a fixed float rigidly connected to it and a high-pressure pump plunger rigidly connected to the frame. Fixed frame is connected by cable with bottom anchor.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the method in a wide range of water area surface level variation.
