FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of erection of piles, in particular at the bottom of water areas, and can be used in the construction of anchor piles for fixation of floating oil and gas drilling platforms, during operation of various float devices, which remove energy of sea waves, and as anchors of floating facilities, and also intended for use in hydraulic engineering and navigation. Method of vacuum pile erection includes vertical placement of pile in the form of a pipe plugged in the upper part, at the bottom of the water area, pumping water from the pipe with creation of vacuum inside it and penetration of the pipe into the bottom soil by force of atmospheric and hydrostatic pressure of water acting on the plugged part of the pipe. A vibration pump is installed on the plugged part of the pipe; the pump housing is rigidly fixed with the plugged part of the pipe to transmit vibration of the operating pump to the pile body. Change in vibration frequency of the pile body is controlled by varying the frequency of alternating current feeding the vibration pump, increasing the speed and depth of immersion of the vacuum pile into the bottom soil due to reduction of friction forces of the pile on the soil during its vibration deepening.
EFFECT: result consists in improvement of stability and reliability of operation of vacuum pile – anchor in bottom soil due to increased depth of pile immersion into bottom soil.
