FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to methods of piling. Method of pile erection includes immersion of pile shaft into soil with simultaneous supply of solution into cavity between pile and soil. Cavity is filled with water or clay solution during pile immersion in subsidence soils, rubber concrete – in heaving, permafrost soils and soils with intensity of seismic impact of more than 6 points according to maps "A" and "B" of set of maps OSR-2015. Size of the cavity is controlled by the size of the expander and its position on the pile shaft depending on the performed function and soil conditions and is determined by formulas: subsidence soils – be=0.02–0.03 m, he=hsl; heaving and permafrost soils – be=0.02–0.03 m, he=(dƒ+1), m; soils of areas with intensity of seismic impact of more than 6 points according to maps A and B of set of maps OSR-2015 – be=0.04–0.16 m, he=3/α, m, where: be is width of broadening, m; he is the depth at which the expander is installed from the planning marks, m; hsl is the design depth to which the lateral friction forces of the subsiding soil layers are summed, taken equal to the depth of the subsiding thickness; dƒ – thickness of freezing-thawing layer, m; α – coefficient of proportionality.

EFFECT: increasing bearing capacity and durability of piles.
