FIELD: separation or sorting of solid materials.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to a facing device and a method of attaching facing elements to a support structure. It is used to protect surfaces and/or structures in installations, which during operation are subject to considerable wear under the effect of material processed by installations, such as chutes, drums, bins, feeders, loading buckets, transfer platforms and transport platforms, such as truck bodies, in stone processing, mining, in production of dry mixtures and in erection of structures. Lining device for wear protection comprises at least one lining element configured to be attached to a support structure, and at least one appliance comprising a first element configured to be received in a through hole of said at least one lining element or a through hole formed by adjacent lining elements. Through hole has the first circumferential dimension along the first part in its axial direction and the second circumferential dimension along the second part in its axial direction. Second circumferential dimension is less than the first circumferential dimension. Thrust surface is formed in the transition zone between the said first and second parts of the through hole. Second element is designed to interact with the first element so that when the first element and the second element are interconnected, the said at least one facing element is attached to the support structure. First element is a bushing component having a flange with radial expansion, located at the first end of the specified component, and when the first element is inserted into the specified through hole, the lower surface of the flange lies on the thrust surface. First element is made with provision of expansion in the radial direction and fixation of the lining element in place on the support structure when the second element is screwed into the first element. Method of attachment of facing elements to support structure includes arrangement of hole of facing element or hole formed by adjacent facing elements, above location of attachment on support structure. Providing the interaction of the first element with the support structure and providing the threaded interaction of the second element with the first element, so that the first element expands in the radial direction, thus attaching the facing element or facing elements to the support structure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of wear protection, easier and faster assembly and disassembly of individual cladding elements.
