EXPLICIT THRUSTS OF WEDGE COMPRESSION MECHANISM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F16L5/08 H02G3/22

Abstract RU 2697605 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: wedge mechanism is configured to move between two extreme positions and comprises explicit stops in these extreme positions. Explicit stops are formed by interacting thrust edges (16, 17, 18, 23). In one embodiment, two thrust edges (16, 17) are made on screw (6). One end of screw (6) is located inside cartridge (7) attached to the first wedge element (1). Second end of screw (6) is attached to the second wedge element (2). Cartridge (7) and screw (6) can displace relative to each other in axial direction of screw (6). One thrust edge (23) is made in inner hole (35) of cartridge (7), and one stop edge (18) is made in the hole of the first wedge element (1).

EFFECT: present invention relates to a wedge mechanism of a through system compression.
