FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to cool the rotor of a generator integrated into the high-pressure chamber of a gas turbine engine. Liquid-cooled rotor for a generator integrated into a gas turbine engine comprises a shaft with a hole inside, wherein rotor back with hole is secured on shaft to support magnetic conductor with radial cooling channels on its inner surface and permanent magnets on outer surface pressed to magnetic conductor by band. Radial cooling channels are located in the centre of the magnetic conductor and have different directions made at acute angles α and -α from the centre of the magnetic conductor, on the back of the rotor there are also fixed a diffuser and a receiving cone with a unit of seals located inside it, forming with rotor back the space for coolant flow. End rings and catchers are tightly installed at the ends of the magnetic conductor.
EFFECT: increased energy efficiency and reliability of the generator due to reduction of heating temperature and losses of the rotor magnetic conductor and permanent magnets of the generator.
