FIELD: control and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to control and measurement equipment, which enables to test samples of low-permeability rocks and construction materials of different composition, including for evaluation of their permeability. Automated filtration complex includes a unit for supplying liquid and providing its pressure in the flow, connected to the input of at least one container designed to hold the analysed sample, at least one flow meter of ultra-low flows of liquid. Outlet from the container for holding the sample is connected to the corresponding flow meter of ultra-low flows of liquid. Complex also contains a control unit. Flow meter has a receiving chamber equipped with an inlet hole for supplying filtrate from a container for holding a sample, and an outlet hole connected to a measuring tube with an open end. Measuring tube is equipped with two pairs of electrodes installed in the inner volume of the measuring tube at a certain distance from each other and connected to the control unit. Purge valve is installed before the outlet hole of the receiving chamber. Control unit includes at least one controller configured to record resistance on pairs of electrodes when they are closed by filtrate entering the corresponding flow meter from the corresponding container for holding the sample.
EFFECT: invention provides for possibility of automatic supply and recording of values of volumetric ultra-low flow rate (up to 10-2–10-5 and less cm3/min) of liquid.
