FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, to modification by ordered nanocomposite structures. Method of forming whisker-like nanocomposite metal-polymer structures in multimode laser beam involves focused pulsed laser radiation with modes TEM01 or TEM10 by optical scanning with high positioning accuracy ~ λ/2 process the sample consisting of a metal foil, diffraction grating, polymer material and reflecting layer, in direction perpendicular to foil, laser processing is carried out in open air, in single pulses mode, laser radiation melts, evaporates and causes ablation of foil material, passes through diffraction gratings, polymer material and, when reflected, diffracts with laser radiation from each of the modes, is mutually superimposed in the bridge between the modes, and with products of melt and ablation ejection, and forms the declared structures.
EFFECT: obtaining whisker-like nanocomposite metal-polymer structures.
