FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: matrix of initial light spots (510) is formed by a multipoint former, for example, a multimode interferometer (106) and is displayed in light spots (501) for illuminating the sample in the layer (302) of the sample with (micro)lenses (202, 203) or through Talbot effect. The input light flux (504) from the initial light spots (510) is formed such that it wholly undergoes total internal reflection on the boundary surface between the transparent plastic carrier (301) and the layer (302) of the sample. That way, light spots (501) for illuminating the sample are composed only of damped waves and are included in the limited volume. In the preferred case, fluorescence induced in light spots (501) for illuminating the sample is recorded with spatial resolution of a CCD array (401).
EFFECT: high accuracy of analysis.
