SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, more precisely to radar, and can be used in the development of radio sounding systems based on the use of signals from satellite radio-electronic navigation systems GLONASS/GPS and others for determining spatial coordinates of aerological radiosondes (ARS), transmitting coordinate and telemetric information to a ground base station. In the navigation aerological radio probe, the carrier frequency phase modulator is configured to provide the carrier frequency phase modulation with information signals from the output of the control unit in a digital packet format, and the carrier frequency microwave amplifier is configured to amplify the signal power of the carrier frequency synthesizer of the ARS transmitter, which is modulated by a digital packet in the phase modulator.
EFFECT: high potential of a communication channel, operational reliability of obtaining meteorological information, broader functional capabilities of radio sounding means.
