SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering, particularly to determination of transmission parameter. Proposed method of determining a transmission parameter includes determining a transmission power control parameter of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) according to association information between a probing reference signal resource indicator (SRI) and a PUSCH power control parameter. PUSCH transmission power control parameter includes at least one of an open loop power control parameter PUSCH, a closed loop power control parameter PUSCH or a path loss measurement parameter PUSCH.
EFFECT: optimizing a mechanism for determining a transmission parameter for an uplink transmission.
