FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: drive wheel engagement pneumatic clutch consists of a splined cap on the end of the splined shaft of the hinge of equal angular speeds and with splines on the side surface of the flange. At the end of the hub there is a spacer with splines, which is joined by its inner rim with side splines of the cap. Spacer is fixed to the end of the hub by means of countersunk bolts with hexagon heads. On the side surface of the spacer there is a threaded connection, on which a cap is screwed, in the inner groove of which there is a bearing with an inner ring for sliding connection with the outer splined rim of the extended cap of the hinge of equal angular velocities or the half-axle of the rear drive axle. At the end of this ring there is a support surface for the outer turn of the flat spiral spring, which inner turn rests on the spacer bolted to the equal angular velocity hinge cap. On the same spacer there is a ball bearing fitted on its outer cage with a dish-shaped disc with a curved surface resting against the annular pneumatic chamber, which one side rests on the end inner surface of the bearing cap of the hub, and the other side interacts with the plate disc. On the outer end of the said cap, a cover with a tubular rod is bolted, entering through the splined cap drilling into the cardan shaft channel of equal angular velocities for the joint through the sealing cup with the vehicle pneumatic system line, radial bore is made in said cover to connect tubular rod with external pipeline to T-joint connecting pneumatic system with annular pneumatic chamber and wheel tire chamber shut-off valve.
