FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of testing exoskeletons-suits. Device for monitoring the state and physical performance of the user of the exoskeleton-suit consists of a body, made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners and equipped with an attachment to the clothes of the user of an exoskeleton, inside which there are: battery power supply unit connected to the socket for recharging from the power supply network, made flush with the surface of the housing, a system health indicator, made flush with the surface of the housing, a storage device with non-volatile memory connected to a connector for reading and writing information, which is made flush with the surface of the housing, a wireless interface unit, and a microprocessor. System health indicator and microprocessor are connected to accumulator power supply unit, system health indicator, storage with nonvolatile memory and wireless interface unit are connected to microprocessor. Microprocessor is connected: with a skin temperature sensor, an inertial sensor, three myographic sensors built into an elastic bracelet with a Velcro fastener for securing on the neck of the user of the exoskeleton; with two skin temperature sensors, two inertial sensors, six myographic sensors built into an elastic band with a Velcro fastener for fixation around the chest of the user of the exoskeleton; with two skin temperature sensors, two inertial sensors, six myographic sensors built into an elastic bracelet with a Velcro fastener to be attached around the waist of the user of the exoskeleton. Microprocessor is configured to receive information from skin temperature sensors, inertial sensors, made with possibility of determining angles of flexion of joints and changes in body position of user of exoskeleton, electrodes for recording electrocardiogram, myographic sensors, blood saturation sensors.

EFFECT: enabling monitoring of the state and operability of the user of the exoskeleton-suit.
